The main objective of Critical's QMS is to define effective and efficient processes and practices for its project teams and ensuring customer requirements and expectations are satisfied or exceeded.
Our QMS is based on the tried and tested QMS of our parent company. However, it has been abridged and modified to suit the different nature of our work and our different customer base. Nevertheless, the clear intention is to maintain the QMS as a recognisable parallel to that of the parent company, and to adopt the same attitude, rationale and policies in relation to quality matters.
The QMS ensures that we remain focussed on satisfying customers and improving the performance of delivered products and services. All projects and related activities must comply with QMS requirements, in order to ensure effective delivery to customers, appropriate ways of working and to enable us to comply with specific standard and model requirements to help meet our market needs.
New methodologies and techniques are constantly analysed and monitored so that inefficiencies are dealt with and, whenever possible, processes are automated.
In May 2009, we achieved the ISO9001:2008 TickIT certification at the first attempt. The certification was provided by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance under the certificate number 4004852.
